The HVRAC Inc conducts "A" class
Appaloosa, Paint Horse and Quarter Horse shows and as a result
these shows are run under the AQHA Rules.
The HVRAC requires all Beginner riders and Youth
riders to wear an approved safety helmet in all ridden classes.
The HVRAC recommends that all riders in English
classes wear an approved safety helmet.
The Committee reserves the right to change the
Programs to Ring 1 and/or Ring 2 at short notice.
All beginner classes are for beginner riders, and riders
may remain in these classes until they have won an all age beginner
highpoint award. Experienced riders claiming to be beginners shall
be excluded from these classes and class money will not be refunded.
The HVRAC requires all competitors to have
ambulance cover and to release the HVRAC from any claim or loss to
themselves, employee, horse and equipment.
Members who work for the club on show days in the capacity of Judge,
Show Secretary, Show Manager, Announcer or Steward for a minimum
of 4 hours will receive an attendance credit for that show.
Competitors in performance events may enter events in one Ring
only.

Shows will commence at 8.30am sharp and, on day entries for the
halter/showmanship events will be required no later than 7.45am.
The HVRAC requires all competitors to abide by
the DPI requirements in force at the time of competition.
Day Passes are only available to financial members and only one
held for each horse. No Day Pass will cover more than one horse.
Entries for each discipline closes at the
beginning of that category. eg. entry for english classes close at
the beginning of the english events even for Day Pass holders so
that paperwork can be completed.
